Welcome! I am Dr. Erica Costabile, Naturopathic Doctor. I completed a Double Major degree in Biology and Chemistry and was awarded for the best written chemistry thesis. Then, I completed a four-year Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

I am passionate about Naturopathic Medicine as it allows me to educate patients on the importance of finding the true cause for their symptoms and provide effective ways of optimizing their health and reaching health goals.

I have a special interest in women’s health/fertility and hormones, skin health, digestion, and symptoms of burnout including brain-fog, lack of concentration and fatigue.

In my spare time, you can find me in my “Lab” in Oakville, where I handcraft all natural skincare products and soy candles for my small business Barely There Skincare! When not in the lab, you can find me snuggling up with my dogs Turbo and Sophie, spending time outdoors hiking or trying a local coffee shop.
